When I enrolled in college at age 19, I had a total of eight years of formal classroom education. As a result, I was not comfortable with formal lectures and receiving regular homework assignments.
A growing number of young women who have the freedom to decide have decided that career can wait, and the delicious early years of their children's lives can't.
When children are small, parents should run their lives and not the other way around.
