Every single person who has ever walked down the street with a FEED bag has purchased it. I think that's really relevant because it means that you have got to make that choice to spend that money on that product.
The sad thing about any business I suppose, but in mine you see it particularly, is that you're always asked to do what you've already done.
For years I did most of my reading on the F train between Brooklyn and Manhattan. I had long commutes, and I read tons of books on that train; I loved it.
